How It Works

This Is Not Your Typical Podcast

Saboteurs Slinking in the Shadows is a very different concept from most podcasts. Here we’re not looking at success in hindsight or giving advice – we’re very much in the middle of the story working in real-time. It’s like live detective work on a challenge you're facing, giving an inside look into what's typically only seen as an idyllic picture of running a business.

But we all know that despite having great success and achievements, there are always challenges! By having a meaningful, yet lighthearted conversation, we will shed light on a current challenge and find the internal saboteur voice creating some form of hesitation or constriction.

Afterward, we'll bring the experience to life with really great production value. We take the detective work done in the interview process and cut it together to create a narrative that feels like a ride: short, fast-paced, and fun, where listeners get into the story and get excited about solving the mystery. The saboteurs become the suspects. They have names, and personalities, and motives. The result is an educational and relatable experience, presented in an entertaining format.

And once the saboteurs are revealed, their power can be diminished, creating less stress and a higher level of performance. That’s the premise of this show: to create awareness and to start creating those shifts in a way that feels light and empowering at the same time.

By the end, guests will often have a breakthrough or a new way of seeing the situation, and listeners will walk away feeling empowered by the guest.
